Perx Reward

"If I could zero stars I would"
If I could zero stars I would. I have a small issue with my online account (when it was created it never saved any of my personal information so now it won't let me activate my card. Sent an email. No reply. Waited 82 mins on hold and then no one to speak to (clearly no one wss working but instead of saying it at the beginning the company wastes their customers time. I never post reviews but this is the customer worst service ever and I will never use this company again.

"Can't believe how difficult this is to…"
Can't believe how difficult this is to use and add to apple pay. I have registered and activated the card online but cannot add it to Apple Pay as the app wont even allow me to access my account. As most online places wont allow split payments this means I am stuck spending it online for items less than the card amount and hoping I don't end up with a balance left that I cannot use.

"Are they DELIBERATELY restricting access to my reward??"
UPDATE: Email from PERX on 25th February.
They state my card is now unlocked. I haven't time to check yet. They also state "type of card is not compatible with apple wallet" ! Seems only the digital version is.
---------------------------------------------------------
I'll be suggesting to my employer to research alternative methods of rewarding its sizeable workforce as the hassle of using this thing negates the good intention.
I'm fairly tech savvy but as has been said by others here their systems for registering, unlocking, resetting etc are a shambles. Passwords set, accepted and then don't work. Go to forgot password, won't accept username. Number 45 when called service desk, hung up. In addition I have been unable to add to Amazon (this did work last year), Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
What they are really good at is taking 3 euro out each month, without fail.
BTW: Apple pay requires a 3 digit code. Anyone know where this?

"Abysmal customer support service"
Abysmal customer support service. I have been on hold with Perx for multiple hours prior to and after Christmas and I have not been successful in speaking to a customer support agent.

"No customer support, card not working"
Activating the card was cumbersome but I managed, but the card is not being accepted by Google Wallet or anything else, I phoned customer service today, was in a phone queue for 75 minutes (starting at position 59 in the queue), then when I reached position 1 in the queue there was just silence on the other end of the phone, phoned back and was told by the robot that I was number 46 in the queue so I gave up. No one replied to my email either.

"Dreadful"
Dreadful. The card itself is very useful, being mastercard it is pretty much universally accepted. But the ordeal of needing any assistance renders Perx useless. There is essentially no customer service.
Having used Perx for two years my advice is to seek other similar providers
I. Hate. Hisense
"Hisense fools unlike Samsung"
Hisense fools unlike Samsung, gave me a stupid perx reward card when I bought a dishwasher. Hope your reading this Hisense as no more £800 purchases from me till I die, and for what so you use a joke rewards company who ruin your NPS score. Impossible to get my God damn card, f that, ill simply never buy Hisense again.
And to the£5/hr joker who pretended to contact me after I posted, next time buddy actually send a god damn email or grow a pair and phone me.

"Nightmare"
Nightmare, tried to activate the card 10 times yesterday, every time I hit submit it sent me back to the start, then when I tried to login it said I had no account, eventually it worked I could see my account on their site with my name and balance, I logged out saved password drove 20 minutes to swords tried to purchase something with it and it wouldn't work, tried to log in again and was told I don't have an account don't know this email or password even though it was saved, absolute joke
Update..... where the hell is my DMs?
Update... I'm now getting emails from trustpilot saying perx have replied to you and you need to reply to them, can't reply to the email of course, can anyone tell me how the hell I do that???

"NEVER BUY PERX CARDS"
I received a virtual card as a gift from my employer. It does not have a 16 digit code ... just a string of letters and neither did it have a 3-digit CVV.
I have emailed their support email address about 6 times now looking for the 16 digit card number. Typically it takes 1
to 2 weeks to get a reply.
Infuriatingly, just now I received an email from their support team asking ME to provide THEM with the 16 digit card number ... the very thing I do not have.
This is a borderline scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

"Unable to verify cardholder."
Stay away from this company. It's useless. You want to activate your card but you can't. Want to solve the issues with a call, you are number xx in que, when getting to number 1 leave a message. Send them e-mail no chance for a reply. They faster answer here than on them e-mail. good luck.
Call them again was 25 in que. Waited 35 min, I got to talk with a lovely lady who activated the card for me. Its hard to get a hold on them.
