"AVOID"

Have received a card through them before and had no issues, however I received a card recently that has proved impossible to register. Got redirected initially to EML…already felt this wasn’t great news…persisted nonetheless. After numerous attempts to register card proved unsuccessful, I deleted all cookies and tried again. This time, the Perx site was not redirecting and allowed me to input the card info, but persisted in asking me for a password and then stating it was invalid. This process should not be that difficult, especially having worked so well last year.

Multiple emails to customer service, reply after weeks on end to say the card was activated and still not working, contacted customer service again and no response yet again, would give 0 stars if I could- tried to use it and still not working again

CARD DID NOT WORK. Got it reissued and guess what?!!! Same thing. It would then not accept my surname. As someone else wrote - if I could give ZERO I would and also like someone wrote, it takes all the good out of the gift. Shockingly bad company.

my partner got a card for xmas and registered it next day we had booked a hotel with kids from it decided to use the card to pay for diesel and card declined checked balance card had been hacked 996 out a 1000 gone to some thai company no customer service as closed on weekend had to ring an english number all they done was block the card and told they’d ring back tommorow avoid at all costs

Can't seem to get into my account. Password and email correct and when i go to reset password I receive no email. My card is activated on my account however it keeps declining any online purchases. I have tried to contact customer service but no help at all.

Shocking went to pay for my shopping card wouldn't work tried to buy online card wouldn't work DOWN 100 euro. If I don’t get a response from Perx I will be getting on to a radio station about it. If I still can’t use the money on the card I will be going to the Garda. Perx I didn't get a D M from ye ?? Thanks hopefully it work after filling in application form 🤞 for other people u have to fill in 3 ds form on perx Web site

None of the reviews are positive, you lot should be clearly ashamed for creating such an abysmally useless card.

My card was locked and I emailed the customer service. Took more than 2 weeks to get back, and they suggested to login and register at perx.getmybalance.com. That link cannot be accessed, so how am I supposed to access my hard-earned gift?

No company should ever use this pathetically hopeless card. Waste of money and time!

If I could I’d give this zero stars. ABSOLUTE PIECE OF CRAP is the way I would describe this card and the website is also the worst thing ever. I been trying to register my card for an hour now, it’s no use. Get your act together perx !
