I received a virtual Perx card from my company in Dec 2022. When I went to use the cards for Christmas gifts in Nov 2023, I noticed the number has changed from numbers to letters. It looks like the company changed systems in ~October and cards bought before that time no longer work. I've contacted them 3 times since and have received no response so they are basically holding my cash ransom and because the card is now over 12 months, they are taking 3 euro a month off what I'll get if I ever get it!!!
Would not recommend companies to use this for their staff as I've heard other general issues through my own staff with their cards.

2 months trying to activate this card. Customer service are useless. Assured by “customer service “ that the card was activated but still can’t use it. Time for JOE DUFFY to investigate this scam.

"I paid for items with a perx card"
I paid for items with a perx card. I had to return an item that was significantly not as described. The seller refunded me EUR 149 to my perx card which I destroyed and disposed of after using up the amount on it (EUR 200). Now I cannot get my EUR 149 because I no longer have the card or the number.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Shocking customer service!
Have raised an issue with a card issued to me last August. Perx changed their card portal before I could use it meaning the card cannot be registered on the new portal, try the link to register on the old portal and it does not work. Sent first email about it in December, still waiting for a resolution. Its not that hard to issue me a new card when the fact I cannot use it is down to your change!
if I could give 0 stars I assure you I would. I would tell anyone to avoid this company, but it is not my decision for my company to use them.

shocking service ,have a virtual perx card that has chaged from numbers to letters so cannot be used online ,have been sending mails now for 3 weeks with no reply ,joke shop of a company stay away

"Card blocked without any reason + Problem with Wallet"
I received a Perx card on starts of January and since the first day I was not able to add to Apple Wallet, I called Perx Support and nothing. Also, since last week it shows that my Perx Card is blocked on the app. I called Perx support they were not able to fix it and advised me to send an email, no answer at all. I`m not able to use my card.
