"Links broken"

Links broken. first of all I am still waiting for a refund that they told me by email that is was going to take 10 days and it has been 3 weeks already without my money. Second is that I need the money and order a virtual eur card that are fast to receive but when I click the link, the page gives error and cant access. Please dont reply with the same reply you give to everybody, perx.getmybalance.com doesnt work. Worst experience ever.

I edit. The link is not available from gibraltar, i managed to access from spain and its working. Card registered succesfully but i still havent received the refund of the first issue.

I agree with previous reviews, cannot add my card to my account, website says it does not support this card so now I cannot access my payment. Very poor customer service. I have tried every day since 14th March, numerous attempts to add my card but no luck. Am waiting to hear back from my email.

Thanks for your reply Perx. I already have an account which I have used previously, I also have used the same website address that you said and I read the guide but I still cannot add my card. When I try to add the card numbers and code, a message appears saying "Invalid card site does not support this card type". Your site does not seem to be working properly, how can I access my payment???

Update 19th March. I hope this might help other people trying to claim their cards. I was finally able to get my payment just now by clicking on the "visit website" button,top right hand side on the trustpilot page. The website address is perxreward.com, click on the orange login button, brings you to secure.emlconnect.com, which was the old system as all my past cards were still on it from the last 2 years. The layout of the login page is the same but the colouring is different, nevertheless it WORKED!!!! I was able to claim my payment and activate the 3d security and have already paid a bill so hopefully it will go through. The customer service advice of using perx.getmybalance.com does not work, the website "getmybalance.com" worked for me, no perx in the address, I can see my card activated and the bill that I just paid. Good luck to everyone trying to get their payments.

I've had an utterly frustrating experience with PerxReward. It seems like they're running their customer service in circles, leaving customers hanging and utterly disappointed.

Firstly, their promise of seamless card activation is nothing but a sham. Despite following all the steps diligently, I found myself stuck with an activated card that seemed to have no value whatsoever. It's as if their system is designed to mislead customers into thinking they're getting something when, in reality, they're just left with a useless piece of plastic.

Their customer service is the epitome of incompetence. I've reached out to them numerous times regarding my issues, only to receive automated responses or to be looped through an endless maze of call transfers, none of which actually resolve the problem. It's like talking to a brick wall – frustrating and utterly pointless.

PerxReward's lack of follow-up and resolution to customer queries is appalling. They seem to have no interest in actually addressing the concerns of their customers, leaving them stranded with no recourse for assistance.

Save yourself the headache and avoid PerxReward like the plague. It's a complete waste of time, money, and energy. There are plenty of other reputable reward programs out there that actually deliver on their promises and value their customers. PerxReward is definitely not one of them.

"Login links are not working"

None of the login links are working now and all of them are giving errors. Spent hours to find a way to activate and merge my two cards but useless effort.

It is like 3rd attempt I spend to be able to use these cards and still not working somehow. Using a reward card should not be that difficult indeed.

It is either the links are not working or there is a system error etc. etc. Please just solve this issue.

It would be zero stars if possible. Finding it impossible to register the card, emailed Perx and received email stating: “We are seeing high volumes of customer contact at the moment “. Absolute rip off as evidenced by the reviews here.

My employer issued a perx card in January as a bonus but the card won't work.
can't get access to the account to verify the card.
Contacted the perx customer care and waited over 2 weeks for an initial response.
the card is now not working again.
It's more stress than it's worth to try and use the card.
wouldn't recommend to anyone

My experience same as the other reviews I read. Cannot use my older card without registering. When trying to register my card can't be found. Several emails later a couple stating how urgent it was I've never had a reply! I'm disgusted. My employer spent good money to reward employees with these cards and they're useless!

They've changed the entire login process and old cards can't be found.
There is now an even more complex method to add a card and none of mine will register
