"Card unusable locked almost instantly"

Tried to use multiple sites Kinguin, Amazon etc and nothing worked now card is locked and can't use it at all.
Card is a reward for red c surveys. Whole experience is horrendously complicated, I spoke to pleasant advisor on phone and she said she would send request to have card unlocked but still not working.
Cannot recommend this service at all at this time(will update if situation changes)

horrendous system. complicated is an understatement. it's as though they'll do anything to stop u spending your money .

Rubbish service that has limited places online it can be used, their website is constantly down, you can rarely log in, zero customer support.

Login links are not working
None of the login links are working now and all of them are giving errors. Spent hours to find a way to activate and merge my two cards but useless effort.

It is like 3rd attempt I spend to be able to use these cards and still not working somehow. Using a reward card should not be that difficult indeed.

It is either the links are not working or there is a system error etc. etc. Please just solve this issue

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD. CANT USE MY CARD ONLINE OR INSTORE, PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE (HOLDING ON FOR AT LEAST 30mins), TOLD “I” HAD BLOCKED IT TRYING TOO OFTEN TO USE IT!!! IF IT HAD WORKED THE FIRST TIME I WOULDNT NEED TO KEEP TRYING!!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR TAKING PEOPLES MONEY. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM

I am so glad my company no longer uses them. I had a balance that I wanted to use but hadn't logged in awhile. When I logged in the card numbers all changed to letters, I wasn't sure which of my old perx cards were the one with balance or if I still had the physical card. I contacted support as I wasn't able to use my balance, months later and back and forth** they said they would send me a replacement card (for a fee, they remove it from your balance), received it, yesterday. Tried to log in to the new site, I couldn't, tried to create an account, couldn't. Logged into the old EML site I used in the past for them, guess what card is there...letters instead of numbers again, and to top it all off it was created, had balance transferred over, activated, and BLOCKED all in the same minute when it was created and then sent to me. Guess who is now back into customer support hoping I can just use the card so I never have to deal with them again. Maybe if I'm lucky they will get back to me this week

So they asked for my company and balance details I gave that, they asked for my name and email I gave that...honestly it went like I was getting scammed at this point..
They asked me for my card number which I explained I didn't have, and the original issue is I couldn't use my card online because it changed from numbers to letters.
They were so slow at getting back to me.

Couldn't register my reward card in the beginning after contacting support department, was waiting for reply for 3 weeks.
Card work for me eventually. Now there is a new level of authentication added, where you have to add choose your country code then add your phone no and create a 4 digit pin. Every time I add my phone it comes back with an error code! Worst experience ever. Customer service slow and site not user friendly. DON'T RECOMEND!!!!

I'm going to email my HR department and tell them my end of year bonus has went missing.
