"Steals money"

Steals money, highly unrecommended! Logged in to see all balance is gone, never got to use it. Deduct €3 every month after 12 months. Worst gift ever. And so much verifications need to just activate it.

Terrible product. Dreadful customer service. Haven't used my account in a while and when I eventually managed to find my balance I find it depleted because they've suddenly started deducting 3euros a month. Just as bad if not worse that one4all cards. Won't be using them ever again.

Card work for me eventually. Now there is a new level of authentication added, where yiu have to add choose your country code then add your phone no and create a 4 digit pin. Every time I add my phone it comes back with an error code!

Perx cards. Impossible to get your balance online. Put correct details. Still nothing. Absolute nightmare

Website consistently unusable. Everyone in my workplace that has received these has had some manner of issue getting access to their account/funds at some point.
Obviously don't recommend.

This company should be investigated! I wonder how much unused money they hold on behalf of dis-satisfied recipients who cannot access their money? A total disaster trying to register the card in the first instance, then impossible to check your balance thereafter. Zero support from their “customer service” dept, no response to repeated emails & no resolution to the problem. On trying to check my balance I’m getting a message saying “pse see your shopping centre customer service desk” Please explain Perx!. Should it really come to customers having to write a review for Perx Rewards to respond to & rectify genuine short comings on their behalf? Perx PLEASE reach out to resolve my complaint.

"Perx joke card.…"

In October2023 I won a 25 euro Perx gift card in a magazine crossword. These cards are a joke. I've been trying to register the damn card ever since. I've been told my passwords don't match, the security number on the back of the card is wrong, every excuse under the sun. I've stopped doing crosswords because of the hassle. I'm now about to bin the card if I can't register it. My advice to people is, don't buy or take these cards as gifts.
