"Can't complain about the customer service"
I get it that more unhappy customers than happy ones tend to post reviews here but I can honestly say that I've no complaints about Perx rewards. I received my third digital card recently. I used all three to top up my Amazon UK account where I know they'll be used sooner or later. This last time the card was refused but Perx customer service (yes, they do reply to emails within 48 hours) helped me work out that the Amazon exchange rate was overestimating, so I resubmitted a slightly lower amount and it went through fine.
It seems Paypal doesn't accept transactions using Perx but to be honest I've had worse problems with other reward cards. I'll just say that if you're having issues with your Perx card, do email customer service. I was pleasantly surprised.
With Amazon just add the card in My Payments, choose to Top up my Account with it and then you can use this amount any way you like in purchases.

Unable to use this useless card online, and they deduct a monthly maintenance fee.

Received the card as a staff incentive from work and it has been so difficult to use online, I linked my card to Amazon so I was expecting to be able to add money to my purchase, wrong, you can only purchase goods up to amount on the card. So no, I don't recommend this type of card.

I received a card as a reward but was not aware they take a maintenance fee when not use. Not much of a reward when they take 2/3 of it b4 u use it.

"Think carefully before dealing with this company"
The last time I reluctantly agreed to receive their magazine after a marketing call from one of their customer service representatives who sounded just like a robot with his monotone pitch. I was advised I would have a trial period with no obligation. The magazine was out of date from Spring. I was not interested in joining their Rewards Club, so cancelled immediately by phone and email. Despite this, I was still charged for a full years membership of almost £70. I would think very carefully before ordering anything from this company or you may come to regret it. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and I hope others will follow suit.

"Rip off"
Rip off - prepaid €50 into a card, ended up spending €20 and the company charged the remainder of the balance for fees...

"Cant be used in most places"
Card cant be used in any physical stores, some dont have the facility to swipe, some try but dont work. Even online gets declined 50% of the time, lot of hassle to spend 250 euro :(

Avoid like the plague - utterly useless - card never gets accepted and NO customer service whatsoever. A waste of 100 euros. How do these companies ever manage to get going?

Very bad experience. No customer service at all. Phones are not answered.I was misinformed and misguiged by their agends.They lost my money. Under paid me in sterling card. will not recommend.😔
