"This company does not deserve one star"

This company does not deserve one star. Card was debited but payments declined. I had to wait 7 days for card to be re-credited. Their reasoning for 7 day wait was 'banking regulations' which is incorrect as the card wasn't debited!!!! Customer service is bots, no human contact at all, P2P platform...look at their human interaction on Twitter it's zero. Kealan Lennon is CEO but it seems one step removed from company. Also licenced in Lithuania. This was a gift card from employer and my advice would be avoid to using this company at all costs!!!

I got Perx Virtual rewards card a few days ago and it is impossible to use it online because I never got any of verification codes on my phone! I tried a couple of times with transactions above 70 euros and not working.

Ordered two cards 2 weeks ago, €1000 each. No confirmation email, no cards yet received, nobody answering phones, nobody replying to our emails.
Not impressed.

Placed an order with this company for over €10,000, cards haven't been delivered and nobody answering the phone. Four days trying to get through with non stop unanswered calls, no voicemail to leave a message have emailed twice and no response. where is your customer service?????

I have been trying to use the perx card to buy online and it says to authorise the card they send a code to the mobile but I’m not receiving the code, can anyone help!

Got a card from my employer for Christmas.

You have to register it on the website and then my card was blocked - they were sent out like this.

I rang and talked to a lovely girl after a few mins on hold. The card was swiftly unlocked and I was able to complete a purchase minutes later.

After years of receiving One4All it's nice to be able to spend virtually anywhere - yes after a year the balance will start to depreciate but if after a few months I've money left I'll be both surprised and just go spend it on fuel.

Honestly the next time I get a gift card from Perx I'll just throw it away. The hassle to get this thing working is not worth the money.

I think this is in fact their entire business model: Make it intentionally hard to redeem your balance so they can keep as much money as possible.

Terrible card. I have 500 euro that I can't spend anywhere. Customer service is bad too and not available outside working hours.
Avoid it.
