"Cards do NOT WORK in retail"

Finally got 3d working BUT now Cards now will NOT work in post offices or dunnes stores (told machines wont take swipe any more), so where do they work??? Really annoyed at being missold

"The worst experience ever"

The worst experience ever. We received the virtual card as a Christmas present. Trying to buy something online, the sites are requesting the verification code, that you never receive from them. Emails regarding this issue are left unanswered, calls saying they will add you to some sort of spreadsheet, seriously?
Very disappointed and not worth it! -5

"NEVER AGAIN!!! Shambles of a company"

I loaded over 3k onto Perx wallet for staff members. It wouldnt allow me to load cards. I logged a support ticket 13 working days ago for assistance in loading wallets. I have yet to receive a response.
My account is now stating subscription expired. I have tried numerous times to do a new plan but after I process the fee it loads to back to a payment request error.

I have called the support team numerous times and been told that there is no escalation and they are very busy. No one can help I just have to wait for someone to contact me.

How do they think 13 working days is an appropriate response time!
I have 6 staff members heavily depending on these vouchers for Christmas given the economic climate at the moment.

Beware using this company

"Rude staff basically yell at you down…"

Rude staff basically yell at you down the phone, talk over you and basically don't give a toss.

Tried to tell me that transferring funds to a currency card for holiday funds was gambling, and I'm trying to make money out of exchange rates.

Plus 40 mins on hold to be told stuff they should put VERY CLEARLY on their website.

"Gutted our team have been let down"

Despite providing all the details of delivery addresses, the cards were sent out missing AT LEAST one line of the address.
I'm happy to come back and revisit my review if they fix this for our over 260 staff... but right now, this is absolutely unforgivable that 75% of the cards are lost in the mail... you cannot blame both Royal Mail and An Post. Gutted we let our team down like this.

"Cant get through to customer service"

Placed an order on 5th Dec, wrong order sent out to us, trying to make contact since 7th Dec, they are not replying to emails. Not getting anywhere. They say they will reply within 48hrs but haven't heard anything at all. I could not recommend this company based on my experience.
