"Idea of company is great, execution is terrible"
Cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service, can't load money onto the card - website keeps saying error. not straightforward, very bad user interface and customer support. Wouldn't recommend.

"Avoid these gangsters!"
Had problems from day 1 registering the card the website said if I used the same card again I would be blocked so had to guess how much I had on the card. Checked the balance recently by calling the number on the back of the card thinking I had around 70 euro left, even more but nope, zero. Where is the money gone? The rule where they take money doesn't kick in until 13 months after the card is registered! 9 months later my money is gone?? I can't check who or where its gone because I can't register the card. Avoid these gangsters!! Never again!!

"A caed you can't use anywhere"
Terrible! I tried using the card in 5 different online stores and had problems with all of them.
The customer service is somewhat helpful. At least they reply to you, but dont have autonomy to fix the problems. I was told some of the shops I try were charging the card in a subscription-like mode (which makes absolutely no sense) and for the other shops I need to to go through a 2FA process (code sent to my phone) that simply doesn't work. At the end of the day, I have money that can't be spent anywhere.

"We have been using Perx Cards for years…"
We have been using Perx Cards for years now. We have no complaints from staff. They are accepted everywhere and if they don't you have to ask the person in the shop to swipe it like any other credit card and that's it. That was in the past really, ppl are more aware of them now. Sometimes it could be down to the staff not being trained. They do charge you a monthly fee but if you don't use it within a year!!! This is clearly explained on the card voucher. You can go online and check the card balance and it's very easy to do. Customer Service could be slow at times but then again we never had any problems with these cards. If you get them though the employer then the employer should get in touch with them to sort out any issues. That would be my advice .

"Really terrible experience"
Really terrible experience. My parents had an opentable voucher that transferred to being a perxreward card. When they transferred it they didn't tell my parents the hidden charges - the voucher slowly ebbed away with monthly fees as it was now a card (which we never asked for). We tried so hard to spend it in restaurants, but when i found one that was on opentable, had a lovely dinner, and then found out they couldn't take the card, as it was old style and had no chip and pin! Perx reward were incredibly unhelpful this whole time, ignoring emails, not answering questions. I spent about a tenner on a call to them that gave me no answers, but spoke really slowly while doing it (i imagine the phone operators field a lot of really angry calls, so they have my sympathy. but still, £10 on a pointless call). They did tell me on the call that i could shut down the account and get my money back. What they didn't tell me on the call is that that also would cost me £10. I did finally find a solution when i realised (i realised, perxreward did not tell me despite asking) that I could just use it on any website, not just on opentable. So finally i just spent it on something else (hooray). All in, we lost about £40 (in monthly fees and phone charges) of a £100 gift voucher. Also, FYI everytime someone did actually reply to my emails, it was to direct me to contact another email address (perx or opentable) that no longer existed. That happened 2 or 3 times - juts directed into dead ends. Amazing. So in short, I won't be using perx again (or opentable) and i recommend you don't either.

"Absolutely terrible"
Absolutely terrible. Stay away from this. I got a card at the end of the year as company reward. Can't add it to paypal or Google pay or revolut. Used it online and it got blocked multiple times (even by Boots). Now I have over 400e and don't know how to get out off it since it's blocked left and right.

"Easy to use to pay in shops and online…"
Easy to use to pay in shops and online if the card is registered online. But there are always issues with online login (error: 'too many login attempts'even if I didn't log in for months, password reset not solving the problem). I had positive customer service experience through email about card unlock.

"Very unhappy customer"
Very unhappy customer. Received this gift card which I was unable to use due to Covid lockdown and being high risk unable to use in shops.
Today checked balance and worthless half the balance has gone even when tried to use the balance left. it declined my payment.
Nothing detailing this on leaflet that card is attached too

"worst gift card ever"
I recently got a gift card of a perx card and I cannot believe how hard it is to get a refund of an item purchased in tk maxx. I was told that the card could take 30 days for the return to be refunded onto the card. I don't think I will be getting another one of these cards. Tk maxx was very professional as they refunded on theirs cards nearly instantly.
