"Awful"

Awful. Just awful. They make it almost impossible to spend whatever amount is on your card. Monthly charge on unspent amount after a certain amount of time and almost impossible to check your balance. Avoid at all costs.

"Never again. Beware."

Having had my card since December and not able to use it anywhere it was then hacked and all money taken out. After numerous attempts on the phone and emails I eventually got a new card which was locked as well. When I checked the balance on my wife's card, Perx locked it as well and said there was no way of unlocking so they sent a new card which is also locked with no way of using it. Today i got an email to inform me that they are very busy. The reply that Perx just sent is false. The cards can't be unlocked by registering them on the account. It is adking for a code which Perx didn't supply on either occasion. Shame on you Perx

"Zero customer service"

Bought about 20 virtual gift cards from them, including one for myself, I can't use it online, sent an email, took over 3 weeks to reply, the reply wasn't adequate, sent another one, 2 weeks later no reply, what a shambles, will never buy from them again, I'll try Clever cards next year, not happy

"Shocking Customer service."

Shocking Customer service.
I've had cards with these for a while. and if they work great, but any issues, even trying to purchase additional cards for your company account and you get no response. i logged a ticket trying to register an additional card and it took them just under 3 months to reply... That says it all...

"Terrible Customer Service Steer Clear"

This company has no idea how their cards work. I have been unable to use either of the 2 cards I received at work a couple of months ago and when reached out for support the told me that there's no issue with the cards and to just keep trying.

"Stay away from these cards"

Stay away from these cards. I have been waiting for a refund since December. Can't get through to anyone on the phone and email responses take weeks. I do not believe this is a reputable company.

"Useless item"

Useless item. Shame on any company that regards this as any sort of reward or corporate gift. Worse than worthless and more trouble to use than any other gift card. Take your money elsewhere.

"This company is a disaster"

This company is a disaster. I ordered cards early last November to have them in time for Christmas. Had to follow up 10 times to get the order processed and then it was only partially delivered, received the rest at the end of January after another 8 emails. It takes them forever to respond to an email always saying they are really busy which I understood over Christmas but not in January.

"Couldn’t activate the card despite…"

Couldn’t activate the card despite already having an account from previous years, had to call customer service who advised apostrophe in names can ‘cause issues’ and needed to be activated over phone.

Enrolling 3DS payments to use the card online, another error. Call customer service, advise me to send screenshots and they’ll get back to me next week after weekend. Really Frustrating to use compared to my previous experience with these.

Update (19th February 2024): Called Perx CS again, got the same guy I spoke with on the 16th February and he told me they hadn’t raised ticket yet with IT department (which he told me had already been raised by him on our first call on 16th February) and to wait until Friday 23rd February for a response. Really irritating to be honest to be given run around like that.

Update (23rd February 2024): No response from Perx. Called them again this morning and spoke with Larissa who was by far the most helpful and competent person I’ve spoken to on this issue so far. She advised she would send me a new digital card as there was an apparent issue with the physical Perx card I had and should expect later today. Let’s hope

Update (23rd February 2024): Received the virtual card after about 7-8hours in my email inbox which is great. To set it up you have to download another app “Get My Ecard” to register the virtual card. Which is where we hit the next roadblock, the “Get my Ecard” app won’t send verification codes to either my email or my phone despite many attempts.

Update (24th February 2024): Tried verification code on the GetMyEcard App again this morning and to my surprise the code eventually came to my email. Whilst I’m glad I’ve finally been able to get the thing working, I think we will have to look at alternatives for these cards.

"Company even don't have own customer…"

Company even don't have own customer service staff and uses interim staff, after contacting ''customer service'' get answer after 3 weeks, card been refused and after registration is blocked and there is no way it can be used.
