"Failed joke of a company"
Myself and my wife were left standing totally embarrassed at a supermarket checkout on December 23rd
After registering the card and been advised , " good to Go " it failed at the checkout shortly thereafter .
All the food and drinks left in the trolley, with my wife and I having to retreat from the shop in front of many horrified fellow shoppers .
PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for this companies catchy marketing slogans , it will fail you every time .
PERX is a complete joke of a service , avoid at all costs .

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
If you're an employer considering getting cards for staff, then please AVOID having ANYTHING to do with Perx. The whole idea is to give employees a lift and a treat. All they got was constant problems and poor service. It was one problem after another. Card after card there was problems, activation locks and an awful glitchy website. Email support if you need help and you might hear back after days on end or alternatively call them and they'll probably be closed (e.g weekends when people actually want to use the cards). Truly dreadful - lesson learnt.

"Absolutely disgusted with this company"
Absolutely disgusted with this company. After several emails guess what. Not one reply. Tried for hours on the ohone together through and guess what no answer. Genuinely ruined Christmas on me. Tried so much to get through to and simply couldn't. What a truly rotten company and I can say it will never be used again. I wamt a refund now because I wont use the card even if they resolve it. Waste of time please everyone do not use these cards.

"Appalling customer service!"
I ordered 4 Perx cards for staff Christmas bonuses. Did not realise that there was a huge difference between digital and virtual cards until we received email confirmation that money transfer had been accepted. Phoned company who run Perx in Ireland and held for 90 minutes on Thursday, I was #65 in Que! Got to #1 and it went into automated message to leave a message. Tried again this morning @ 09:00 and after waiting an hour spoke to a lovely lady in technical, but she could not help me get card changed to digital and put me back in Que for sales. Two hours later got to #1 in line and AGAIN I got the automated message to leave a message. Appalling service! 5 hours on phone & nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves leaving all employees who received their Christmas bonus via Perx unable to use the money in shops & only on line.

"Purchaser should be notified"
Had originally left a poor review and note that many others have also. I have revised mine now.
The card was issued to the recipient but I received no notification of same. I'd suggest the purchaser should be updated once the order is dispatched/completed as the order went into the recipients spam folder.

Shocking. 69 in the queue, after 30 minutes, I was 65. Online help is useless. Avoid....

"My card couldn’t be activated"
My card couldn’t be activated. I tried all the FAQs online and tried to ring several times but 70+ people in the queue and I work full time. Had one day where I could wait and took 1hour 15 minutes. Person who answered was lovely and seemed helpful etc. but advice didn’t work despite promise it would and no joy. Tried calling back 70+ people in the queue and I couldn’t wait. Next time I could ring there was a callback service instead which was welcome had I got a callback. Couldn’t use the card for the purpose it was bought for. Still trying to activate it and get through more than a week later. :(

"disappointing customer service"
Just like everyone else, waiting and waiting to hear back from Perx customer service. Have 2 cards from work and issues with both. In many aspects this company comes across as unprofessional, and I would not be surprised if I'm still having issues with the cards into the new year. Thanks for this unnecessary headache....
