Frustratingly Unusable.
Received one of these cards from my employer yesterday 20/12/2023. Followed the instructions and went online and registered the card only to be left with an "activation lock" message after going through all of the steps outlined. The next screen I encountered told me I also need a code "Your employer or incentive provider has provided an additional verification mechanism to ensure only you can unlock your card".No my employer has not provided a code .........Called the support number and got cut off after about 2 minutes, emailed on 20/12/2023 and have received no reply. Would NOT recommend perx to anybody as it just isn't worth the heartbreak. Will definetly be petitioning my employer to go a different route next time around.
*edit* Spoke to my employer and there was a code, applied the code and the card is now unlocked.* Still not a pleaseant experience for me.

My card was compromised by Perx system failure. Have the card since July and still can’t spend it . Nothing but empty promises from customer services and now no one to take a call. Absolute sham and zero belief that I will get my money which is the max allowed under tax free rules. Never deal with this company.

Very poor customer support rang and was put on hold for an hour and a half from 66th in queue got to top of queue and was told to leave a voicemail with my contact details and they would get back to me no word since... I had previously emailed and nothing there either... Hopefully they can ring or email me and get this sorted before Christmas

"2 days trying to contact customer support"
Day 2 of trying to get in contact, phoned 2 times and asked to leave a message, two emails sent (one of them through the DM feature on Trustpilot), everyone having the same issue with invalid surname it’s beyond me they don’t have a circular resolving the issue.

UPDATE: No Support been given at all. Tried multiple times but still can't verify card!

Been phoning since Monday to try and retrieve my Perx Card to no avail.... constantly on hold to get a messages to leave details...finally getting through to people who transfer you to another line for the same thing as nobody knows how to resolve the issue! Zero customer service even when you eventually do reach someone and no one to take your complaint! Worst experience I've ever had. Original request was sent last Wednesday which still hasn't been acknowledged!

Update 1: week later and still no resolution unfortunately
Same issue as everyone else. Getting an error activating it with my surname. On hold for an hour for them to hang up. Contacted them through email also but the reply didn’t answer my issue

This card is ridiculous. I set up accout it asks me to verify email, I verify email and it makes another account. I'm just going round in circles
