Was very lucky to receive a Christmas bonus from my employers. Unfortunately it took the form of a digital Perx card which I cannot use online. I have reached out to their customer service department for support on this issue and a full three days later am still waiting to hear back.
It alleges it can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard - be warned this is not the case.
Just want to share my experience as I have a sum of money on a digital card I can't access and second I think my employers would be appalled if they knew the extent of bad reviews surrounding this rewards card. Not trustworthy.

I have tried using a rewards card from my company via Apple Wallet. The transaction was not accepted by the Merchant and was cancelled. I had to pay via an alternative method. Since then, the rewards card transaction has been processed, but Apple Wallet is still showing the transaction as pending. I have been in this company's phone support queue for over 1hr.30mins to get help, but the line went dead when I finally thought I might get to speak with someone. I have also tried numerous support email options but it's confusing to know where to turn. Don't use this card as a reward for your employees - there is no joy in it for them!!!

"Avoid At All Costs - If not prepare for long delays for help"
Registered the card -> fine.
Went to pay for Christmas shopping online got brought to the screen where I needed to enter a code which is sent to the phone number associated with the card to confirm purchase, no sign of code. Went back to card details section entered new phone number and tried again still no code to phone. Went back to card details section to enter another phone number, couldn't do so as a message popped up telling me to call "1-800-985-4316 or email cardsupport@emlpayments to change details or register card".
Called the number on screen getting charged for International Calls (US number) by the way its not free, was passed around between 3 different agents for over 35 minutes only to be told firstly "sorry we can't help you as we aren't accustomed to UK transactions", had to repeat again I am from Ireland not the UK was put on hold for another 5-10mins and got a response "sorry we can't help you as we aren't accustomed to UK or Ireland transactions". 45 minutes to be told sorry we can't help you.
Called the Irish Number this morning, was 56 in the que got down to 40 then the call dropped (didn't loose coverage etc.) redialed started off in 68th in the que and 1 hour 30mins later finally got through to someone.
Understand its the lead up to Christmas and everyone's busy but this has been a well and truly shockingly bad experience with this card / company.
Firstly telling us to contact US agents (getting charged for the call no mention of that) that don't know about UK / Ireland online transactions is pointless. A wait time of 1 hour and 30 mins to actually speak to someone in Ireland is bad.
Have call agents walked out on this company or do ye not have enough staff? Based on my interaction with the agent, he came across as being pis*ed off but thankfully he got the card sorted.
First time using this card and it will a 100% be the last time.

Very disappointed been on the phone since friday for hrs and yesterday sent numoures emails not once have i been able activate perx card. Rang yesterday from 9 on hold to 12.30 then from 1 to 2.45 still cant get anyone 66 in que went to 1 then to be told voice mail leave my details no one rang

Card not working, I have requested a number time for email authorization code and has not come. This is over a week ago now and have sent multiple emails without response. Dont even bother with phone support unless you have have about 6 hours free. Absolute joke.

"Held for over an hour and a half 67th…"
Held for over an hour and a half 67th in the queue to be told to leave my contact details for someone to reach out this was around lunchtime, didnt hear anything back. This was after sending an email at around 8;45 aswell. Wait time is bad enough but on top of that being sent to voicemail when you reach the top of the queue is a nightmare. I'll add that the English office were extremely helpful and answered almost immediately. Very dissapointing

After receiving company card followed directions from leaflet. Have created an account with them have verified my account by email. But if I try to log in it says I do not have an account.
Got my card activated in the end. Decided to try it in the shop to see if it was actually active and to my “surprise” it didn’t work. Wasn’t very hopeful from the start. When I swiped the card as it says it is to be swiped as no pin needed (in bold righting on leaflet that came with card) when card swiped it told me I needed to enter a pin! No clue what pin “Shock”. Have zero hope after seeing reviews 300 euro company card down the drain!
