Staring off there were issues getting my card activated, which were frustrating, but after getting in touch with customer support we eventually got the card up and running, which appears to be the case with most other people.
Mine took a couple of days , which was on me, because I missed calls and eventually asked to do it via email.
There also seems to be issues with the app and website, which can makes Trustpilot the best way of even getting in contact for now.
Based on some of the other reviews the customer support team seems to be well overworked and stressed out, so I hope they're all doing OK.

Like all the other recent reviews we're also experiencing the same problems - Card's not working in store or online, card won't register online either and keeps coming up as invaild, trying to phone to see can it be activated and been on hold with customer service since 9.10am only for the phone to end the call on their end at around 11.15. Exact same experience last year.

My experience with the Perx card was a disaster, as it failed to deliver on its promises of convenience for online transactions. The card was completely unusable online due to my details not being on the card. The customer service experience was abysmal, with long wait times (got kicked out after an hour waiting in the queue), wasted phone credit, and no resolution to my issues.
I strongly advise against using the Perx card and will be urging my company to avoid it in the future. The product's failure to function as advertised, coupled with the horrendous customer service experience, makes it an utterly disappointing choice for anyone seeking a reliable credit card product with responsive customer support.
Update 1 (15/12/2023 @ 15:47) Almost 4 hours after providing my details to Perx, I still have had no contact from them.
Update 2 (15/12/2023 @ 17.45) Still no contact from Perx after 6 hours of providing my details.
Update 3 (16/12/2023 @ 15.07) More than 24 hours and no contact form Perx. This would have been so much easier if they just let users update their details online.
Update 4 (18/12/2023 @ 11.30) I am still waiting for contact from Perx. This is by far one of the worst costumer service experience I have ever had.
Update 5 (23/12/2023 @ 13.30) a week after providing my details to Perx, I am still waiting for contact from them.

Ordered cards 5th December and I still have not received anything. No response from email . Finally got to talk to someone yesterday (after hours of trying) but still no sign of order even being dispatched as DPD haven’t received it yet . No tracker number given . Very bad customer service.

I got a card from the company I worked for last year. When trying to use the card a month ago I was not able to because the card's numbers (16 digits) became letters.
I sent an email at the time to customer service and got no reply.
Now I got charged with the maintenance fee and still not able to use the card
Update: 14-12.
They have issued a new card.

"No customer service support, can't access digital cards i paid for...nightmare"
Okay, Perx have a big advertising campaign but absolutely no customer service support. Its a nightmare to navigate the online portal and the rewards card I ordered are still pending. I have rang, left msgs and emailed....no response.
I have wasted so much time on what is an extremally busy time for my business. Hire more staff like everyone else..

Absolute nightmare to register cards do not use this service they take the funds immediately but it is impossible to register or access your funds.

3D secure not working !!!
Card does not work for 3D secure transactions. I have activated 3D secure and made sure the phone number is correct but I never get any text. Tried to update the details on my profile but it's not possible to access it - it says you need to call but i was waiting over hour to talk to them and then i got message to leave my contact and they will call me..
complete waste of money and time!!!!!
