I have gift card . I have it registered and the numbers have changed to LETTERS . What is going on . This is my money. I’m reading very bad reviews.

"Trying to set up my card on line the…"

Trying to set up my card on line the site is not functioning at all cannot set up
Tried calling waited for over 1 hour 48 ahead in the queue
When I got to number 1 in the queue it asked me to leave my number
Shocking Customer service
It is virtually impossible to set up this card

"I have had money stolen from my virtual…"

I have had money stolen from my virtual card (almost €500. Perx have described it as an unknown transaction (their words!!) and just shut the account. They cannot be contacted within any reasonable timeframe....its literally hours for them to answer the phone. There is no complaints department and the only avenue left other than to seek the regulator to prevent them trading
A colleague also had a similar experience.
WARNING: Do not buy these cards. The platform is not secure

"Not the best of experience.. but got there in the end."

UPDATE 3:
Change from 1 star to 4. Finally received the cards in the mail today.. took a bit of back and forth and checking to get it resolved but they did deliver. If anyone has any trouble with the service, going through normal support channels is not good and you are better off leaving a reply on trustpilot to get a response.

UPDATE 2:
Received an email to say that the DPD delivery wasn't completed and that a new fulfilment request was created.. but will have to wait a 1-2 days for the order to be complete.. Still a waiting game though so not yet resolved..

UPDATE 1:
Received request for additional details through TrustPilot and now waiting for a reply. Not holding my breathe...

After trying multiple times to contact support via trouble tickets and phone calls no one has bothered to answer and get back to us regarding an order that was not delivered. It's been over 3 weeks now and no response at all.

If you are looking to use Perx Rewards as a company to offer rewards to your staff in Ireland I may suggest looking elsewhere as customer care is practically non existent. We had ordered physical cards almost 3 weeks back and nothing has been delivered and no tracking of parcel has been offered.

I'll adjust my review if this issue can be resolved but as of right now i'm seriously concerned that the funds paid has just been taken and there's no way of getting it back.

"Online account shows Card with LETTERS......"

Have money left on my Perx Card received last Christmas. Logged into my account to discover that PERX have cancelled my active card and replaced it with a card in my account that has 16 LETTERS and not Numbers. Perx will not respond to emails nor do I have any means of accessing my money as no retailer accepts LETTERs instead of Credit Card Numbers. I've tried my physical card and it gets declined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have effectively stolen my money. Just to be clear, I've no email from Perx telling me my card was deactivated or that my accounts active card has been replaced with one with LETTERS

Update 12/12/23: Still no response from Perx Customer Service despite them replying via Trustpilot.

Update 14/12/23: Issue resolved and virtual card reissued.

"Urgent Warning: Do Not Engage with Perx – Potential Scam Alert!"

I am writing this review with an urgent warning for anyone considering Perx's services – steer clear at all costs.
Our attempt to order gift cards for our 100+ employees turned into a three-week nightmare with Perx, and we strongly advise against engaging with this company.
Customer service provided consistently inaccurate and misleading information, leading to a highly frustrating experience.
Emails were met with delayed and generic responses, showing a blatant disregard for customer concerns.
Sensitive company data shared with Perx has seemingly been mishandled, with no transparency on its usage or deletion.
Perx failed to fulfill their service commitments, forcing us to source gift cards elsewhere and wasting our valuable time and resources.
Requests for data deletion have gone unanswered, indicative of a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customer privacy.

Our experience strongly suggests that Perx may be operating in an unethical manner, resembling characteristics of a scam. We are left with no recourse but to escalate this matter to the Data Protection Commission.

If you value your time, resources, and the security of your data, we implore you to avoid Perx entirely. Engaging with this company could expose you to significant risks and potential harm.

This has been, by far, the most distressing and suspicious business encounter we've faced. Protect yourself and your business – look elsewhere for services.

Hello Perx, I appreciate your response on Trustpilot. However, despite my attempts over the past three weeks via multiple emails and calls, I've received no response. Transparency is key, and the lack of communication is disappointing.
The three-week timeframe for potential collaboration has lapsed without progress. I no longer seek assistance or wish to pursue a business arrangement. My aim was to become a customer, and unfortunately, that hasn't happened.
Given the circumstances, including the alleged breach of data protection regulations, I must involve the authorities to address the issues at hand, and you have been warned in my last 3 emails about it (no response received to any of them neither).
Thank you for your attention.

"Absolutely dreadful customer service"

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Received a virtual card from my employer on 9th November which didn’t work. Three calls to customer service so far and incorrect information given to me each time. I can see the original card has been unloaded, on 13th November but no sign of the new card, despite being told three different times for it appearing, which have now passed. I’ve also emailed their support team twice and not had any response. Disgraceful! I’ll be going back to my employer and telling them not to bother using this company.

"I am fed up ringing this crowd"

I am fed up ringing this crowd, soo many reasond why this and the that (now you have to invest an hour each time to get through) normally yo start at about 40 in the queue..... I then couldnt verify my card and 3 more time rang the 'team' Then the girl verified my 3d so i was ready to spend..... guess what doesnt work. If I dont get this sorted I will be writing some letters . I am in the financial business. Tick tock

Final edit:
Point 1: There is no "DM" inbox on Trust Pilot, or the version I have. I've told you this few times.

Point 2: Based on the deplorably bad customer service, we ordered e4000k worth of rewards cards else where.

Point 3: The cards were not delivered to where I asked, and your system updated the shipping address incorrectly.

Point 4: Your customer service, bar getting you on here, is non-existant. NOONE (I dont know what youre trying to say in your repy) emailed me or acknowledged the issue. I spent 4 HOURS of my time on your useless service.

Will NEVER use Perx again.

WHERE ARE THE e400 WORTH OF VOUCHERS?

Stop trying to sound reasonable - 1. I've spend hours trying to contact you guys. 2. NOONE, not one person, bar you, because I put a review here, had contacted me. STOP TRYING TO SOUND LIKE YOUVE DONE SOMETHING TO HELP.

I bought over e400 worth of physical cards yesterday. I diligently paid the invoice and then noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I certainly did put in the correct shipping address. I have tried to contact Perx Ireland for over 3 hours yesterday (I got a notification that the money went through). Ive tried to email, and no reply.

So, so far, the customer experience is simply awful. Considering if this is not resolved by today/time the cards ship, we will not proceed next week to buy thousands worth of digital cards. How can we?

Also, I was in "Position 2" for 25 minutes at one stage yesterday, and then jumped to "Position 3" !!! LOLS! What is the story with your customer service? Do not apologise over the stress youre after causing me. Get it sorted.
