I received a Perx card as a Christmas Gift from my employer, and from the process of uploading it to my mobile wallet down to using it for paying was very straightforward and easy.

The person I contacted via Trustpilot after the review sorted it quickly, she was based in the UK.
If the service was that good to begin with there'd be no issues but the customer service in Ireland is just non-existant and a complete waste of time.

Completely dismal from start to finish.
Cannot use card. Won’t do any of the things it should like add to your wallet and pay online.
Contacted support via email. Then phone. Spent an hour on the phone to a man who couldn’t resolve it and was working from home. He asked me to email again and he would look into it.
Kinda felt it was going into a black hole and I was right.

Received a PERX card that could not be registered. The customer support said they would send a new virtual card to me and would take 5-7 working days. Called again after 10 working days and customer support said it can now take up to a few weeks. Here we are 6 weeks later I have not received my virtual card.
Customer service line, waited over 30 minutes and my position of 9th in the queue didn't change.

"Cards purchased, not delivered …"
Hi started ordering cards in September this year due to all the issues last year, great service everyone really helpful, October service disimproved but still ok, November service once more non existent, purchased a card in October , still not delivered, no reply to the email ticket, rang customer service
who advised to send another email ticket which would be replied to within a day, surprise, surprise no response. Once more very disappointed as was contacted in October ensuring that a number of extra
employees had been recruited and service would greatly improve, so had high hopes which where quickly crushed!
Sent details to the automated DM triggered by this review, surprise, surprise, 3 days later and still no communication from perx!

"Issue Resolved"
Great Customer Service and bad experience overcame.
I have several cards on my account with them, all unusable. They were fine but for the last few weeks just show a jumble of numbers and letters and no expiry date. I had hoped to use them for the cyber sales, but nope! I have sent countless emails over the past two weeks and not a single response was received. Deeply dissatisfied and disappointed.
EDIT : RE DM FROM PERX? HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I FIND MY TRUST PILOT DMs? I CAN'T SEE ANY FACILITY TO ACCESS PRIVATE MESSAGES.
UPDATE : I CANNOT FIND THIS MESSAGE ANYWHERE ON TRUST PILOT. HOW EXACTLY DO I FIND IT?
UPDATE 2: ALSO JUST CHECKED MY EMAIL INBOX AND NO MESSAGE RECEIVED THERE FROM PERX, ONLY THE BELOW REPLY FROM PERX SAYING THAT A MESSAGE WAS SENT. IS THIS A LIE?
UPDATE 3: I HAVE NOW EMAILED THAT EMAIL ADDRESS AND QUOTED TRUST PILOT AS PART OF THE SUBJECT BAR
UPDATE 4: NOW 72 HOURS SINCE THIS EMAIL WAS SENT & NO REPLY WHATSOEVER
UPDATE 5: REPLY RECEIVED FROM PERX, WILL UPDATE UPON RESOLUTION
UPDATE 6: NEW CARD RECEIVED AND ISSUE RESOLVED. UPDATING STAR REVIEW TO REFLECT THE QUALITY OF THE PERX ENGAGEMENT HERE ON TRUST PILOT.

"Appalling Service"
I would give no stars if I could. I tried using my card on 3rd November but it was declined even though I knew there was significant funds on it. We rang Customer Support and was advised that there was a security issue with the card so they had to cancel it and a new one would be issued within 10 days! Well almost a month later despite all my attempts to get answers I still have not received my new card or a response. Customer service is appalling and I’m now very concerned about getting my card!

Used this service last year and was tough to get the card, eve tougher to use. This year it was impossible to order, spoke to two different team members and both had no clue how to order a card even though were sales. In the end the system felt so scammy that I had to give up, their online system does not work- all I can say is avoid as I do think they are a scam now after dealing with them today.

I am writing my experience again so that someone at perx wakes up and helps me out. I am tired and frustrated waiting on queue over the phone to just be able to use my card.... Why would you charge card services if you are not able to resolve the very basic...
Please respect your customers time... We are the people who would recommend or buy your services again... I have emailed you multiple times in relation to my card... first it was blocked and card nummber details where not visible, when that was resolved afte rmany phone calls... the card itself is not working... Please please help me in using my card... I am hopeful that your team will listen to my plea and do something about it....
I dont see any message from you on DM. I have written two emails. Can you please please help and resolve this asap
