"A Disgrace!"
If I could give a lower review I would. The app is useless and the customer support is worse. I have 1,000 euro on a card and I am unable to access, nobody replying to emails and nobody answering the phone. I cannot even get in contact for a refund, they just have my money, a disgrace.

"Perx Virtual Card no reply"
17/01/24 I have been told this has been sorted and new virtual cards issued. It has not been issued. All information has been supplied again by email as requested but the card issue is still ongoing.
I did speak to someone who said the issue with Numbers being replaced by letters was being rectified. And the CVV number not being present as well. That was over 2 weeks ago. All emails before and after have not been replied to.
Got a virtual Perx Card. No CVV on it. Sent an over two weeks. Promised a response within a day. Nothing. Followed up on it and still nothing.
Really poor customer service.

"Issue Resolved (Updated 5th Jan 2024)"
Update 05/01/24: While I had updated my review to 4 stars on 21/11/23 following an amicable resolution, it took until 05/01/24 to actually receive my replacement card. This is very slow so I have felt no choice but to dock the scores by 2 stars.
Update 21/11/23: Issue has been resolved amicably. Review amended from 1 to 4 stars. Would have been 5 if sorted out in a more efficient manner.
Update 20/11/23: After discussing with them over email, no amical solution was provided and my last email was ignored. Service was stubborn and I would recommend others to not use their services.
Really poor service, I will be recommending to the company who distribute these cards to no longer use them and select an alternative.
Inconsistent customer replies - could be at least a week waiting.
My issue relates to a card that could not be used. The card number was replaced by a spate of 16 letters so it was unusable. It has taken them nearly two weeks at this stage for an issue that I thought would be resolved sooner. Could be a further two weeks before I receive the new card. They will not refund the nominal €3 monthly admin fee either.
Would highly recommend companies to not use Perx!

"Horrible"
Horrible, get the card from employer but give it feedback to them that it is a joke. Not working at all,hard to register and when we did still a issue, can't see the cards number to use it online, don't want to mention paying on the store as you can't add to Google wallet, and the maintenance fee? Joke.

"No cards and no response to my emails"
I ordered cards and received a receipt of payment on 19th October. I still haven't received the cards and perx haven't replied to any of my the 3 emails I've sent to them over the past 2 weeks. I honestly don't know what to do about this now apart from report the company.

"Awful Product and Service"
I have to say I'm in agreement with all the comments on here and would give it zero if I could, awful product and not fit for purpose, £200 pounds reward from my company for a lot of effort only to have it snatched by these robbers.
I couldn't even register my card and just kept getting an Invalid Account message, then to add insult you have to pay for their support which is almost inevitable given the poor online experience.
All in all shocking and I will be recommending that the company drop the use of such schemes as it also looks bad on them.

"Difficult to use"
Got this virtual card as a gift, but have been unable to use it due to it not having a CCV number on it. After trying multiple times for it to ‘load’ as it said my card couldn’t load ‘at this time’ the 16 digit code turned to letters. I have been unable to use it due to this and as it’s not being used I’m being charged maintenance fees.
I emailed the customer support to try and fix the issue but was just met with an automated response. Very disappointing.

Only give it a 1 star so I could write a review, so I am giving it a zero star all together,card won't register when you put All the information in, phoned custom services, gave me a different registration address which takes you to the same page, error occurs keeps coming up when you put All the required information, this is a useless reward card, company's please don't use this service to reward your staff , it does not work , all the reviews are the same , my colleagues at work all can't use this card, ive put mine in the bin with £250.00 on the card .

"So frustrating"
I just tried checking the balance of some of my Perx cards on their website and wow is it a pain. Can't sign into my account, no email comes through when I press forget password, can't create a new account, basic functions on the website seem broken....this is incredibly frustrating. Viewing the balance of a card should be a basic thing to do, instead it becomes an extremely complicated process.
