the "maintenance" fees are ridiculous and the card is not easy to use/accepted everywhere.
you also get no reminders to use the card so they obviously count on you not necessarily remembering to use up the balance.
the card is also not very easy to use- it was rejected at Tesco's and Boots.

"Perx Reward Card - No issues once I phoned them"

Perx Reward card ordered. Received within 2 weeks. When it arrived it was blocked and I did not have permission to unblock it which is why I have removed a star. Phoned number on the back of the card this morning and they unblocked it straight away and I was able to use it to make a payment online within 5 minutes. Although it is a bit annoying that you have to ring to unblock it, I found the overall service to be just fine for my needs.

Unfortunately it took me 10 times the shame of having my purchase declined in shops to realize its necessary to register on line with my data in order for the card to work. I earned that card from a company. However its too complicated to use. They were charging me 3€\monthly being debited from perx card. What is that?

Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Tried for 6 weeks to talk to someone in sales dept... practically non existent.. it would be easier to call the Vatican and speak to the pope!! Eventually got a refund... would not recommend AT ALL!!!

"The Perx card is very limited use"

The Perx card is only usable if you can swipe & sign a docket. There's no PIN and it's not accepted for tap & pay - all of which Mastercard can do. For this reason, I think it is falsely advertised / promoted. I could only use it on Amazon online as no where else would accept it

Delayed delivery of rewards cards, unable to use them because of no PIN or no code received from Mastercard. Everyone else to blame.

appalling sales tactics. my poor 85 year old mum got bamboozled by a caller and was then signed up for the 'trial' and money was going to be take out of her account.

Paid for a card 5 months ago, it was never sent. Months later they asked for photo ID. Weeks later and still they didn't send the card. Finally got an email saying I had to lodge a ticket to request it be sent. You cant use a service like this when you have a business to run. Absolute joke of a service. Avoid at all cost.

"Can’t use as no PIN"

Have received many Perx cards from my employer over the last few years and they are useless in most retail outlets as once they are swiped the card machine asks for a PIN. Will be asking our employer to consider alternatives in the future.

"Scam"

Company charged €3 per month on a card valid through to 2027. Absolute scam. Shouldn't be allowed to operate.
