"0 stars. Dodgy IBAN and missing money.."

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Following instructions on their website for which I have both screenshots and a video, I transferred money to an IBAN which nobody in the company, via phone or email seems to know anything about. I am beyond frustrated. To say Customer Services is shocking is an understatement. I dont understand how this company is in business.

"AVOID!!!!!!"

Wish I had read trustpilot before purchasing. Like all the other reviews exact same issue.
I purchased 2 digital cards 1 week ago. Online portal for card activation is not working and I cannot register my cards for online payments rendering them useless.
Customer service is a joke, I'm being passed back and forth and am nowhere near a resolution.

Is there anyone accountable here? Or has my money just disappeared into thin air?? Will be filing a report with the gardai.

"Perx card number changed recently to numbers and digits, and CVV gone (useless)"

I used my gift card 3 times with no issue.
Recently my card number was replaced by an useless card number with numbers and letters and the CVV has gone.
Cannot use the card.
Sent an email and got as response to send them what was displayed, a joke and no security concerns.
They should be aware of this issue, based on other posts comments, so why dont just fix it.
Checking the FAQ they mention that I should only use the card number and cvv.
Poor documentation, and poor customer service.

Pls if someone from help desk is checking this msg, just give an explanation about this recent change, and how can I use the card, dont send the standard msg.

"Really bad experience"

I received a card a few weeks ago and after activating it online (which was difficult enough) my profile info wasn't included meaning the card can't be used online. There is no option to edit your details on the website.

I called customer service a number of times about this and after being finally advised I could only be assisted via email, I emailed them. It's been 3 weeks now with no resolution or even a sign of it getting sorted out. Similar to what another person said in their review, you get passed from one customer service person to another, asked to provide screen shots and access their website 10 different ways in order to "fix" the problem but it seems no one really has a clue what is going on. I was eventually told the issue would be resolved by a certain date and despite a number of follows ups since then I've heard nothing further. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid, avoid. avoid.
I'm having all the same problems as all the other People here. How can this be possible, no warning on their website that the get my e-card app is not generating a verification code. I have 1000 euro rapped up in this company.

I have been asked to wait 24 hours until the app is updated. I've just checked now, it's still at 3.017(android )and not updated.

Looks like physical cards are also an issue. I have rang all the numbers, and emailed all the emails already. FIX THE APP , or automatically refund people that have not activated their orders. I shouldn't need to contact you

"Perx website has failed"

Create an account a month ago. Now I cant access it. Perx just not helping at all. Cannot activate new card...cannot even access my account. Website will not let me reset my password. Look, I will be fair...I got it going...but I did it myself.If I wasnt a bit computer savvy I would have no chance. They seem to changing systems but to completely lose an account I created 5 weeks ago...i will upgrade it from 1/5 to 2/5 ...but at present , I cant do much more. If the next card allows me to register it seamlessly, I will write another review and be more kind.

"Are they scammers?"

Seems to me to be a scam type company. I have just tried to ring them after receiving a letter saying that I have been speaking to their agent, which I have not. Their phone number puts you in a queue will not let you get through to by telling you that you are next in line and then puts you back to 8 or 9.

"Avoid like the plague"

I purchased 2 cards @ €1000 each over 2 weeks ago. Cards arrived however their online portal for card activation is not working and I cannot register my cards for online payments rendering them useless. Customer service is a joke, I'm being passed from Billy to Jack and am nowhere near a resolution. Am being asked to email screenshot, sales requests etc. Is there anyone accountable here? Am at a loss of €2000.

"Perx Cards - unable to use"

Update 29/11/23 - Perx rewards are now illegally holding my money despite requesting a refund of my €2,000 on November 15th. Legally they are bound to refund my money within 7 days, we are now going on 15 days. Each call gives a different excuse, the latest is one of the cards is 'suspended'. How can that be when your system never allowed me to activate either card? I have already opened a fraud case with my bank and next stop is a solicitor.


Ordered two Perx Rewards cards for my employees valued at €1,000 each. Received an email to download an app to activate the cards. A verification email is needed in order to create an account on the app, however no email is sent, rendering the Perx cards useless. Hours of being switched between teams, wasting my time and no resolution in sight. Numerous people on Reddit and askaboutmoney having the same issue. Avoid this company like the plague they are a complete joke. Now I have to send them a remittance form and wait who knows how long to get the money back. Please research this company before using their services
