"Absolutely terrible"
Absolutely terrible! Received a card last year as part of a promotion from a company, spent a few pounds off of it and then went to spend the rest a month ago and couldn’t spend it apparently due to the fact they changed systems! Seems silly not to notify anyone who has a balance! I contacted them about a month ago in regards to getting a new card with my balance on it and was told by ellie it would be with me in 10-14 days. This card was never received so I had to send numerous chaser emails to them to get a reply to which I was told by aaron lynam I would have my card sent to me within 24 hours which has still not happened.
I think it’s appalling service! To not be able to spend money that is rightfully mine! And to just be fobbed off with lies each time they respond to your emails which isn’t very often at all!

Ok after reviewing all comments about the perx I was terrified. Then customer service (easy enough to reach ) helped me with all questions . Received the physical card. Registration, activation easy peasy … First online shopping successful. All I can say is thank you!

Edit - call from Samatha to resolve the issue, we went through registration, 3d secure and finally the cvv number which i cpudlnt see properly, so totally all on my side the issue.

UPDATE: Lee in the customer service contacted me and listened to all the concerns. He acknowledge the mistakes on their end and apologised for the lack of communication. He also made sure that the employee in our company that went out of his way to get our cards safe and sound was compensated accordingly.
Customer service rep needs some training. We didn't have any issues until this year.
After the cards were delivered to the wrong place (we requested since the beginning for the cards to be delivered to each of our employees homes, as every year before) we contacted the customer service that would barely communicate with us (maybe 1 shocking message every 2nd day saying "working on it") We called and we message again and again to no help.
We ended up sending one of our employees to the address they had sent the cards so they would have a nice untaxed bonus before the Christmas.
As per today date 07/12/2023 we are still awaiting on a reply.

Are you scammers???? Ordered virtual cards 4 days they have not arrived. You said it would take 24 hours.
No response on email the phone line goes through to nobody! Please respond to your customers this is a disgrace a few weeks before Christmas!

Terrible customer service - careless.
I have called and been on hold for hours.
I've been trying to reward staff as I have done in previous years. Perx have somehow mixed up my company address and despite sending mails to their support department no one has addresses this. I've spend ages on their support phone line to no avail. Easier to buy Swift tickets. You need to check your details or cards will be lost, worse could be an unreported hack. Be careful and go elsewhere.
I received a reply yesterday to my review stating Perx had sent a DM, but nothing has been sent or received. I was still awaiting a reply from my many mails from last week.

"Good response once received"
Customer service is was non existent following emails. Contacted them a number of times with no response to resolve an issue on my card.
However, following posting here, I was contacted quickly regarding my issue and it was resolved. The person I dealt with was also very good and helpful and from that aspect I was pleased.
It shouldn't take a post here to get a response and an email acknowledgment would be good to know if it is being looked at. Apart from that, the interaction I had once they made contact was very good and they resolved the issue quickly.

We received cards for the fourth time over the years this year. Used them on our international travels. Never experienced any issue. Easy to use. Widely accepted abroad and a great way to receive a bonus.
