In a word … dreadful . Unable to activate even with the correct password .. prompted to change pass word which I did and still unable to activate . Now locked out of account .. awful card ..

Tried tapping card today to pay for oil delivery. Card sought confirmation at POS. No knowledge of what number could approve the card. Had to use another account. I wont trust it again.

Just to update on earlier review below...
I managed to work out the problem myself as I hadn't received any further response from Perx as of today...
Received a Perx reward card and like others having real difficulty with the activation and accessing the helpline/support services - I was over an hour on the phone waiting to talk to someone today and when I tried to activate the card later following the instructions given it looked for a code without supplying one. Immensely frustrating. Emails sent and further calls attempts made to no avail.

Really terrible I'm ringing since 9am this morning 56th in the queue understanding as its Christmas to get down to number 2 in queue to be told to leave a message and someone will call back?? It's now 5pm no one has called !!! Cannot activate my card as its telling me my surname is wrong ??? Sent 3 emails also and left 4 messages really disappointing and bad customer service no DM Recived ?Will they contact me ?

Was sent a digital card but have to download the app, have done all this yet cannot receive verification code to get my voucher. Looking at reviews this seems to be an on going issue. No way for me to access my voucher

Disaster. Left on hold 3 times for more than 2.5 hours. Left a voicemail twice. No call back. Sent an email no response. Can’t register the card so pretty useless.

I received a card that would not register and was promised a new digital card. I have been on the phone for 5 hours in separate calls and emailed, but nothing has changed. They keep saying they will send a new digital card, but I have not received it, and I have made two 1-hour calls to them today only to be kicked off after an hour.
Follow Up - 18th December - again I phoned and had three more times and a CS representative told me that I would have a digital voucher resent - I am now at day 8, and no one has reached out to me to resolve this other than a generic request for details - no further correspondence. I will be advising my company not to purchase in the future.
