Perennial Van Lines has a great group of employees at their headquarters. The communication from the guy I spoke with in customer service was good, he walked me through what to expect on moving day. The price I paid seemed reasonable as well considering I moved 1,200 miles. Nothing was broken either, I’ve had a few broken items before in a move other than this one. So I’m glad I avoided that obstacle.

They took great care not to bang or bump anything, and worked really quickly and efficiently. Their estimate was detailed and accurate and the office will check in with you a couple of times during the move to make sure everything is going well. The entire process through payment was lightning fast and they took great care of my things!
