"Absolutely horrible company"

I would rather pay a teenager to pack all of my things and move them across the country before I used them. I would not use them if they were the last company on Earth. They do not communicate with the moving companies they contract with at all. Our moving company was 4 days late (Perennial’s fault, not the company). When they arrived, they did not have the updated inventory list so we got charged 300 square feet in overages. We tried to get ahold of them to send the new contract, and they would not answer any calls to help the situation! They have been completely shady, dishonest, and are just trying to get your money without providing a service at all.

They made an in-person estimate about a month before the move, and it turned out to be right on target. They worked quickly and got all of our belongings to the new house without any damage.
