Leanne Phillips (our property manager) and the tradespeople who have been sent to fix or maintain our whare in Pirimai have always been approachable and transparent. Leanne has always responded to our calls and queries to do with our whare. She is always respectful and forward-thinking in terms of what our needs have been since living in our whare. We will miss her support and our conversations as our whanau are relocating to Wairoa to live and work. Keeps it real and professional and is very understanding, always does what's expected and super quick to get onto things that may need some attention she's given me a few good tips.
Kids enjoy her visits too, I think it's nice to have good relationship between tenants and property manager aswell as landlord it just makes things the more easier.
