From the initial meeting, the planning, the support throughout and on the day itself, the service from Austin's was not only efficient, but also thoughtful and compassionate. The Conductor also did a good job of being flexible on the day, when some family members were delayed in their journeys and we had to move the timetable around a bit. I could not complain about anything.
