I hadn't filed my taxes in over 10 years. I was way behind, overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Lila and her team were extremely helpful, understanding and very wonderful to work with. I would never have been able to deal with the IRS and state tax agency on my own. In the end I received an installment plan settlement that I can afford and have the taxman off my back! Because of some complicated issues we were not able to accomplish our initial goal but the good news is that OMNI was able to classify me as “un-collectible”. This was a life saver.
