Great all around experience! Speaking honestly, when initially received a random call from Omni Tax Help I was very skeptical. Based on my situation at that time, I received a lot of calls. We had been bombarded by companies via phone and mail that claimed they could resolve our tax situation. After finally giving Omni a few minutes to explain the process and what they could do to assist, I knew that I couldn't continue to deal with the IRS alone. They helped us with 2 issues and although the abatement wasn't what we had hoped for, they did exactly what they said they would do. I always had updates/communication with Crystal and/or Jennifer and they were tenacious when COVID unexpectedly delayed the process.
Overall, I would say that unless you are an expert in this area, you need guidance in uncharted waters when dealing with the IRS. Omni can help!

Patricia and her associates were very courteous and helpful and resolving my IRS payment situation. Under the current Covid Pandemic it was hard keeping communication on a timely basis. Having to give up their office and set up in their personal homes put a little strain on connecting via cell phone.
