I applied for a cash advance online and was approved. The website says it takes 60 minutes before funds are given. Well that was 2 days ago. Now I understand that it was on Sunday that I applied, so it wasn’t during business hours. But it’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t received it. And furthermore there’s no way to contact customer service to check in on things. You can only call physical branches and they have no access to your file and cannot help you. I sent 3 emails to inquire about it. And only received a response just now. But the response was that the team is processing my loan. No timeframe. No information given. Their website is very miss leading. It’s better to go in person because online applications take days to process or even weeks.
