I googled United Airlines on 11/01/2023 to cancel an airline flight. They answered the phone United Airlines so I gave them the flight information and they got it cancelled but then charged me $850.00 cancellation fee. I at no time thought they were a travel agent and no time did they ever tell me
they were. I thought this was United Policy. I just found out that this was possibly a scam so I called United and they said they don't charge to cancel flights. I would have hung up the phone if I had known at any time this was a travel agent. At no time did they ever say they were. The confirmation I got back from them says United Airlines on the very top. They had me OK documents because I thought
I was talking to United. When I called to get this resolved they refused to give me any info on their location
