All I can tell you, stay away from these companies: Fareshope.com; The flightmakers.com, PCM travels US LLC and the individual introducing himself as Michael-Johnson. . These companies are fraudulent: when I chose my flight and paid the amount of the flight with my credit card on the site jetcost, I was automatically redirected to the flightmakers site. Two seconds later, I received a call from someone with a thick Indian accent who claimed to be from New York. The latter asked me to choose another flight, because there were only places left in Business class. As there was not a big difference in price, I accepted. After that, he asked me to make a deposit of $455 and the ticket would be issued on May 31st even though my trip was scheduled for June 14th!! At this moment, I started checking the background of these companies and taking steps to get reimbursed. In short, be careful about the sites you plan to book on. Sometimes without realizing it, we are redirected to fraudulent entities with increasingly sophisticated methods.

Compramos un ticket desde jet cost donde el valor era de 351 usd, se hizo el.pago, en el momento del cobro realizan un cargo en la tarjeta de 414 usd, y envían un correo dudoso de otra página PCM travels con un valor de 669 usd. Nos dicen que no pueden cancelar la reserva, que debemos pagar el saldo si queremos los boletos y lo raro que llaman de pre fijos de costa de marfil y Rusia, hemos enviado pedidos que no queremos los boletos por eso no se cancela el restante porque es un robo, dicen que ya no pueden devolver o no quieren hacerlo, que los boletos en la plataforma no tenían taxes y en ninguna parte decía eso, resulta que en la propia aerolínea están en 432 sin maletas y #ExpertosEnVuelos nos quieren cobrar 669 usd de los cuales ya cargaron 414. Exigimos devolución, no sean ladrones ni estafadores

They have phone numbers very similar to the airlines so if you misdial , they will answer and represent as if they are the airline. They will look for other flight options for you and charge extraordinary fees. They will also disconnect the call and call you back from another number


They will issue fake ‘ guaranteed e- tickets with many misspellings

We have reported to the airline, our credit card company, the FTC and several federal agencies. They refuse to refund. For their suspicious actions so we are taking higher actions

Edited following reply on 3/16/2024: Please read this recent article from the Washington Post, posted on their instagram on 3/16/2024, which talks about these third-party companies that try to capitalize on travelers during the most stressful times. This was a complete fraud and scam.

Prior to writing the review, we attempted to call their Customer Service but as this is a scam, that was not helpful. We have reported them to several federal agencies and are attempting to bring awareness. They also go by other company names, and there are several other companies that have the same ploy. Do not use
