Then tell you there are no more seats available for that fare class and try to charge you more for the fare class class that they just told you was unavailable. Very unprofessional service and not even a service, it’s a scam, will spend your time with them but still will be looking for another company to provide your tickets, don’t step on my path of big mistake I’ve done going to try to get tickets with them and never did. Very unprofessional

Hice una reservación el día 20 de marzo, en la cual me establecía una tarifa de precio en cierta cantidad, después me lo cambiaron a una tarifa aún más elevada, lo pague porque era algo de urgencia y después de 48hrs no me daban mis boletos, insistí, hasta que me dijeron que no fue confirmado porque la tarifa había aumentado nuevamente; al final termine cancelando la reservación y ellos me han dicho que me reembolsaran pero aún está en proceso. Reservaciones engañosas
