"Lost package"

My Christmas gift package got lost before delivery by PostNord.
I had a lot of dialog with customer service at Hardloop, and at the end of the process, for some reason, PostNord found the package but sent it back. I was by then tired of the process and decided to cancel the order. The Hardloop staff was excellent throughout the whole process, and I will definitely use Hardloop in the future even though we couldn't make it this time.

I made use of the free return and delivery policy while exchanging my purchase to a different size.

Though there is room for improvements in the fields of translation and webshop browsing, I certainly recommend this company for online shopping from Denmark.

I am grateful for the level of customer service quality and the attractive Altra products at Hardloop.
