We visited Homeplay showroom and was amazed by the entire experience. James has looked after us from the start to completion of our project making sure that we understood the process and that we was comfortable with every stage of the design before progressing with the install. The passion and enthusiasm that the Homeplay team have for all things home automaton very much comes through in the excellent work that they do. Without the best customer service EVER. I had a power cut on the weekend. Sent a txt. I had the guys walking me thru in simple Steps now to get it all back up.

I have used Homeplay for the last 8 years and they have always been incredible. They technical and market knowledge is unbeatable. I would give 10 stars if that was an option!!

"Great Experience Centre"

I have been using Homeplay for over 12 years and now visited their recently opened Experience Centre. What an amazing variety of products and solutions! It was a great experience and thrilled by the finish and smaller details. I did not know what you can achieve and James was very informative showing around and explaining everything.

"A mind-blowing experience."

I visited Homeplay with my wife last weekend and we were immediately impressed by their premises and the kit it's fitted out with. Neither of us are particularly tech minded and we didn't really have a clue what we were going into. We were given a presentation by James who we think is the owner, it was well structured and each aspect of their work blended into the next. The level of high-tech equipment and the workmanship involved was extremely impressive. Not just in the area of TV and audio as I had anticipated, but much, much more, in fact we were introduced to products I didn't even know existed. I can highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a high-spec'd, high-tech experience for their home or office. Wait until you see the final part of the presentation! I have a lot of thinking to do!

Took a few “non techie” friends along to the opening of the new Homeplay showroom and (despite them initially being a little confused as to why we were going!) were all absolutely blown away by both the place and James’s knowledge of his subject. We all came away wanting to buy everything! The showroom is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend visiting.
