My service was interrupted due to nonpayment, which happened because when I signed up for prepass I gave the salesman my payment info and it never was added to my account. As a result I didnt make the monthly payment so my service was suspended. I promptly made a payment to restore services and I have only recieved red lights ever since. So I feel that my prepass service is a waste of time and money since I have to pull into the scales and stop anyway.

When I sign up for PrePass, you took my money right away. When I canceled it dragged for three months. I’ve never used it and was expecting a full refund but instead I got the run around to get my money. I had trouble signing on so I’ve never got to use pre pass. Thanks for taking advantage of people.

My account has not worked since the inception of it. I’ve called and get nowhere with poorly trained staff. They ask you for details your account, than you reply, the call you two weeks later asking you for details and you tell them you sent there email back with the details and then the say oh I see it now. Wait another week and it still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money. Drivewyze offers more states and is app based. Literally took me 5 minutes start to finish. Same price 17.99 and I didn’t have to wait for Norpass or New Jersey to approve. I have passed through Ct, Nj, Nh, Vt, Me, Pa with no issues or excuses from simple minded staff who could give a rats backside about you.

1. Positioning on their unit is credical as they tell exactly where to place it.
2. Light is hard to see in daylight.
3. Sometimes light never comes on green or red.
