My account was deactivated for some reason. Something new with the auto pay was turned off. Even though I didn't turn it off your system did when I was on hold for over an hour finally spoke with someone who told me they couldn't help me. They reactivated my system and then transferred me to billing so that I could speak with them because apparently. It wasn't their department. Was transferred to and was told that the system canceled. My auto pay for some reason so I was without prepas for over two weeks every time I tried to call I was on hold for so long that I couldn't get hold of anybody

"Overcharges and Poor Customer Service"
Do not jump into this endless overcharges. No one is available when you have questions. A manger or supervisor will reach to you in a week, if you are lucky! Ignorance. Overcharges. Defective devices that Prepass keep charging for! Overcharges on toll violations.

You responded to my rating before my help email. Awesone, you suck! Worst customer service ever. Quick to take your order and then wait weeks for the unit. I called 3 weeks later for them to send it. All customer service is outsourced to 3rd world country. Long waits without results.
