"Damaged product - lousy after sales"

Bought a white bathroom tall boy which arrived within the window but was damaged; it had been well packed but there were two chips on the top. Phoned and was passed on to Alistair who spent a great deal of time explaining how 4 Bathrooms could not check every product; this ignored the fast that it was 4 Bathroom's responsibility to come up with a solution. Was asked to send a couple of pics of the damage which I did and had no acknowledgement or reply despite a reminder being emailed to Alistair. Three weeks on I'm still waiting..

It's shame as it would have been a good quality, well priced item

4 bathrooms have a very good showroom with most of the units on display. The staff are very helpful and friendly.We ordered the bathroom on the Monday it was with us by Wednesday. We forgot to order one item but with one phone call it was with us the next day. Good quality units at a super price and excellent service.

Easy to use web site with satisfactory information on the products. Goods were supplied as described in perfect condition and were well packaged and placed where we wanted them by the delivery operative.

Recently ordered an L bath pack from this company and can have no compliants. Ordering was quick and easy and arrived within 4 days of ordering. Just waiting on it being installed but at moment it all looks good.

Fantastic value washbasin and unit. Lovely white gloss, well made with slow closing cupboard doors... Usually if u pay cheap u get cheap, not with this item.. I would definitely recommend anyone use 4bathrooms, was the bet value on the web for this unit set.. :0)

"Some good some not so good"

The items ordered were sent very well packed but minus the loo seat (on invoice as to be delivered later) and the bolt to secure the toilet to the floor (no mention of those). Was impressed by the secure way (a pallet) the item were delivered and the quality of cabinets seems good.
