After organising , and paying extra, for a next day delivery by phone [ very helpful staff BTW ] , the shower doors did indeed arrive next day...just. If I had been relying on a delivery by noon I would have been very disappointed, they finally arrived at 5.15pm! They need a reliable courier service .

i ordered my goods on 9/12 which were supposedly in stock and would take 3-5 days to deliver. It is now 20th December and I am still waiting.

Being a novice at ordering bathroom fittings and accessories on line or indeed anywhere for that matter. Having researched the bits that I thought needed, I was tentative but relatively confident to proceed and place my order for all of the items I thought I would need to refurbish my bathroom within a very tight budget. I placed my order and paid by credit car.
I was surprised therefore the next morning to receive a call from Alisdaire of 4 bathrooms who very patiently pointed out the shortcomings in my order and suggested alternatives and additions to ensure that I ended with a solution that worked.He cancelled my first order, credited my credit card and reordered the lot thus ensuring that all of the bits that I needed arrived within a few days, due to Alasdair's guidance a successful and trouble free installation was achieved delivered at a very competitive competitive price. The goods were delivered exactly on time , staff on the phone were very helpful and rang back when they said they would. I haven't yet checked the goods as my plumber has the flu and hasn,t turned up to fit the shower yet. I wish he was as reliable as 4bathrooms !
