When I was in trouble at 5.00pm in the evening the company put themselves out to get me out of a mess
We had a damaged toilet supplied by another customer and we were faced with leaving the customer without toilet facilities overnight.
Having established that they had the correct item I placed an ordewr and even though it was after closing time waited whilst we travelled 10 miles through the evening rush hour traffic to collect it at no extra charge
This is the type of customer service attitude that deserves to be rewarded

Had to replace a broken basin and pedestal recently in a rental property. I looked at a number of on line companies and the usual DIY outlets, before contacting 4Bathrooms. As i had been a regular customer of their parent company for many years, i realised that they also stocked bathroom pottery and fittings.
These items are very well made, look the part, and you just wont beat them for price and quality. Overall, a good product.

We ordered a white gloss WC cabinet, laundry unit, 1050mm vanity, tallboy and drawer unit from 4bathrooms. It was easy to call the company & speak to a real live person (Alistair), who patiently answered a number of questions I had about the dimensions of the cabinets. Our order was booked for delivery on Friday - when it turned out that something was damaged we were contacted on Thursday to advise that they would deliver the following week instead after new stock had arrived. Unfortunately it turned out that the cistern hadn't been included with the WC cabinet - we contacted Alistair & he arranged for one to be sent immediately. I feel that the quality of a company shows in how well they manage issues - 4Bathrooms have been more than helpful in handling our assorted questions and correcting the missing cistern issue. We've been very pleased with the quality of the units, which are solidly made and look great. 4bathrooms have been extremely responsive, dealt with queries quickly, and contacted us quickly when it turned out there was a delay with our shipment, so I am confident to recommend them as a reliable, high-quality company.
