"Completely ignored emails"

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. The website states:

‘Please let us know by contacting (insert email address as trustpilot take it out) and we will do our best to ensure that the issue is rectified as soon as possible.

Generally our warehouse work very quickly and your order will be packed the same day you place it (before 3pm) so making changes can be difficult but we always try our best to catch them!’

I sent an email in 5 minutes after placing my order, a follow up email 3 days later after no reply and a shipping email to the wrong address, and a further 3 days later after they completed delivery to the wrong address. I have had absolutely no contact back from them apart from asking for a review - so here it is.
