"Usuario y contraseña pobre"

Como operativa es muy correcto pero tienen un inconveniente muy, muy, muy grande. El usuario y contraseña para entrar en la web es el mismo que el de MT4. Esto es altamente peligroso y deberían arreglarlo de inmediato. En mi caso tengo dos cuentas MT4 que están vinculadas haciendo una especie de copy trading de otra cuenta. Para poder vincularla, debo dar mi usuario y contraseña a la persona que gestiona la cuenta a la que estoy copiando. Bien, esa persona, ya que tiene mi usuario y contraseña, puede entrar libremente en la web y ver mis otras cuentas activas y como no, podría hacer un retiro. Esto es tan fácil como tener un usuario y contraseña para entrar en la web y una vez dentro tener las cuentas de MT4 que quieras pero todas independientes, o sea, con diferentes usuarios y contraseñas de la web de entrada. Cancelaré mis cuentas en breve ya que no me siento seguro. En los demás brokers funciona correctamente. Todo independiente.

There were multiple instances where I was unable to log in to the client portal. On March 5th, when the MT4 platform was down, customer service, specifically Lissa, was extremely unhelpful. She simply stated that nothing could be done because the server was down. When I asked if they could manually close my trades, she said no, as she didn’t have access. When I inquired about what would happen to my trades, she replied that they couldn’t do anything about it.

Additionally, their help button at the bottom of the page is poorly designed. If you start a chat with an agent and then log in to your portal or navigate to another page within their site, the chat disappears, requiring you to start a new conversation from scratch.
