Products were delivered as described within a very shot time. Its website has many varieties of baby products and easy to navigate; so I liked to spend some time on the website to choose from many options. I did not have any prior problem when shopping from the website.

I ordered a baby seat which was called back by the producer due safety concerns. It took a month until I got the new baby seat. What do you do in the meantime with a newborn and no baby seat?... Baby-Markt doesn't care. The first two weeks Baby-Markt didn't do anything to exchange the baby seat. Then I started keep calling until they finally did. When I contacted the producer i had a reply within hours but i had to go via the seller which didn't care about baby safety.
