First of all they sell quality products. I purchase on a regular basis.
I all ways use the free postage option as it is discrete.
With free postage allow for 1 to 2 weeks max.
Their customer service is excellent as they strive to look after you.
There was a small hiccup with one of my orders through no fault of their own.
After i raised the issue I had my order the next day sent priority through DHL at their expense.
For the slight inconvenience I was compensated with a free 2ml vape and 2 packs of gummies.
