Received useless Utillian dryvape pipe (€175,-) in januari 2024. It does not deliver more than 129 to 135°C in the highest setting instead of proper heat. (Like 140 to 210°C)
Medvape service number guy promised a brand service number I never received. I kept calling (no answer) and have sent emails to no avail - even included photos of temperature testing. I asked for a reply, demanded a replacement or reimbursement. No answer by mail or phone, so far - six months after! Disappointing and unacceptable.

Forferdelig kundeservice. Bestilte varer for 1500. Varene kom tilbake ødelagt. De vil ikke gi meg refusjon til tross for dokumentert skade på varen. Ingen svar på to uker. Selve varene har nesten ingen effekt heller. Anbefaler ingen å handle herifra!

there was difficulties with a relocation of the warehouse and ultimately could not recieve my product, however they stayed in contact and agreed to a refund, due to the issues, good customer service as i dont mind issues aslong as the business stays in contact and they usually responded via whats app within a few hours, recieved confirmation that the item returned to them and my refund should arrive today

Bedrijf reageert niet op mailtjes. Na 8 weken kwam het pakket. Ik heb het geretourneerd en nu sturen ze het nogmaals naar mij terug. Weer geen contact te krijgen.
Het item is niet bij een pick-up point afgeleverd maar gewoon bij mijn huisadres. Ik heb het zelf geretourneerd (en betaald) zelf je geld terug krijgen geeft hoofdpijn bij dit bedrijf.

"Not what i ordered"
I placed an order with you on May 23, 2024. They were two "FIREFLY 2+ TOP LID" and I paid 899.87 kr for them. My surprise was that the shipment arrived today, June 6, 2024 to my house and when I opened the package I found that it is not the product I ordered, but rather that they are two "carryin cases" from Firefly. As you will understand, I am not satisfied with what happened and I would like you to give me a solution, either by returning the amount paid or by sending me the product that I really requested. I am looking forward to your response.
