Seeing the other reviews at first made me hesitant shopping here. The prices were great and the cheapest compared to other shops, so I risked it anyway.
The clothes arrived as described, clean and in the correct size. They were delivered on the 2nd day after ordering, despite the expected time taking 4-5 working days, so plus points for that.

24 hours even though selected as standard 3 to 5 day delivery service. Excellent shopping experience which I cannot fault as a first time buyer from this retailer. I will definitely be shopping at Diffusion again. 10 out of 10. The order arrived well packaged and as described. Love it.

Absolutely disgusted with this shop!! Brought a tshirt, has been worn once by my son, noticed a hole in the bottom of the tshirt, quite clearly a fault in the material, took it back to the Merryhill branch only to be told that fault is not on there list so they can’t do anything about it! So I have been left with a faulty top with a hole in , £80 out of pocket. Don’t buy from their shop as if there is a fault with the item that are not bothered at all, just want your money and then no responsibility. The worst customer care, shame on you diffusion!

"Order adress changed"
I ordered a Versace man bag online. After filling out my address details and ordering the bag on my confirmation order email it had keeps the street adress but the postcode and the town had changed.
I am super unhappy about this due to this was a timed order for an event I am attending to.
I am still weighing on a ripply email.
