The second time UPS completely f'd me over and you guys where so good and helpful, you even gave me more free liquid which is insane. I've never had customer service like it and I'm not just saying that because I got free stuff. The staff are always so nice and helpful even with my dumb questions. There was a little mix up on the stock levels of items i had ordered, but this was quickly rectified and put right as soon as it was apparent. I am more than happy to recommend The Vaping Hamster to all my friends and family who also vape.
