First purchase - won’t be the last.

Vaping Hamster team contacted me to inform me that there was a delay in sending my order (postal service, not them) - I did not ask for this, they took it upon themselves. Told me they were following it up to resolve and did so very quickly and even compensated me too. Then again checked in with me to ensure all was received and well. Superb customer service and I’m so impressed. I will definitely be purchasing from Vaping Hamster again and would not hesitate to recommend.
