I have used this company on a few occasions to make ends meet when I've had hours cut at work and they are a legit company.

My credit score is not the best atm due to having taken out other payday style loans so I can't get one accepted with them atm.

You need asbive found a min score of 500 to be accepted by dot dot at least for like £100=£400 as long as they think you can afford the repayments.

Just be warned it does hurt you credit score as it adds the amount on to it but once you pay it off it will obviously jump straight back up from what I've noticed.

i applied for a loan and got accepted i paid it in full and on time every month ! This time i applied i got refused my circumcances are the exact same as before with bad credit i am desperate and knocked back !!! dissapointed is an understatement

I had my mortgage application declined because of Dot Dot Loans negligence and incompetence. They have reported arrears on my credit file in error therefore my application for mortgage was declined. I have a proof as well - they had recorded that I have payment arrangement and up to date with payments with Transunion, but reported 4 late payments to Experian of rthe exact same period. I contacted DOT DOT LOANs begging them to fix their mess and update my credit report with the correct information only to be told - ''they will look at it and come back to me in 8 weeks!!!!'' Absolutely disgusting behaviour , my offer on the house is accepted and because of this incompetent and careless company myself ( the buyer) and the seller are put through hell!!! Check your credit reports if you ever used DOT DOT LOANS, chances are they have ruined your life because of NEGLIGENCE they refuse to correct as well!!! I have spoken with 2 of their advisors Paul and another one ( cant remember the name ) they both told me they cant even give me reference number for my complaint as I have to patiently wait 5 days to receive an email from them with the reference of the complaint. 5 days are gone, no correspondence from them whatsoever !!! They know that I will lose the house and my mortgage is declined because of them and still take no action!!

I would like to know why can’t I pay an amount of 20 pounds that has been in arrears because of your system. 1 year passed already and it still says the amount will be due on the 30 of April 2021. And that has been the reason why I couldn’t pay before. It won’t accept any payment. Is that a scheme ?
