This joke of a company are destroying my credit file due to a system error. Still not been fixed even though a complaint was raised over a month ago.

Was forced to go on to a payment arrangement that I didn’t consent to because of a system error that took my payment twice.

Staff are beyond useless absolutely 0 knowledge of financial services regulations and their managers aren’t much better. Proper underpaid smelly call centre staff vibes.

You’re coming here for money if you’re desperate.. there’s other places out there that have much better reviews don’t do it to yourself.

I have never known a company that is less transparent.
They just add more and more fees on as you go through the process. Started off with just £20 up front and went up to £362 in the end and I still didn't get my loan.
Now I have to wait at least 78 days for reimbursement, that's if I actually see any of my money again. Total shower

Then he asked for £ 110 as my credit score not good but they would put it back when they pay me the loan money
Didn't have that money !!!
Didn't understand why they wanted that money so cancelled the loan
Apparently my £20 will be refunded in 7 days !!!
Also Didn't trust that if I paid over the £110 that I would get my loan money !!!

This company is a scam. Do not part with your money...they take £250 for nothing and you lose it if you don't cancel it with your bank. Please be aware there are so many of them out there!!
