I have ordered from this company before, without issue.
This time I have not received my order and am unable to contact them, so will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

I have purchased 4 crew neck t-shirts, 2 white and 2 black in the past 18 months. They are well made and good quality. Really pleased with them. I like the fact that the company care about where the materials are sourced from and where they are made. I’m trying to avoid buying clothes from suppliers who show no care for the environment or the people who make the garments. Will definitely buy from ‘The Cotton’ again. Only down side is that the comms could be improved.

The product I purchased (a cotton t-shirt) is superb quality and I’d thoroughly recommend it. My issue is with the company’s communication. I placed an order and received an acknowledgment, but then nothing for well over a week, and no response to emails or phone calls. It was only after I finally got a reply via social media that my item was shipped. If I hadn’t chased the order I have the feeling I’d still be waiting for it.

The cotton t-shirt I ordered is of very good quality. You can tell it is made from above average cotton fabric. The sizing seems true and it hasn't shrunk so far (after 2 washings)
